Overview

You are using the VPN client to trying to connect to after upgrading to a new operating system (OS) (e.g. Windows 11 or MacOS X Monterey)

Solution

If the operating system is not mentioned in System Requirements for Kerio Control, then it is not yet officially supported. Hence we cannot provide technical assistance for the same as this is not tested officially yet. We also do not have an official timeline for when the support will be available. You can submit/check for new feature requests in GFI Community Portal.

In order to work around this issue, you can use the respective IPSec VPN Client article for MacOS, Windows, or Linux.

Note: The article also has a workaround to install certificates in case you face issues connecting with the VPN client. Please configure IPSec VPN Server as stated in the linked article.
