    The problem with Kerio Control locking up every few days was a problem with an IPS rule and/or the new IPS engine introduced in 9.5.0 and triggered by a very specific type of traffic. This problem was fixed in early August 2025 through a new IPS file definition that was auto-downloaded per your Kerio Control's IPS signatures update schedule (default 24 hours). Also, enabling Watchdog within Kerio Control allows Control to recover from lockups such as this. Currently, Watchdog can only be enabled via SSH.

    We seem to be having issues with this update. We been having to restart at least once a week as it becomes unresponsive like loss of connection and can't access the web interface. We have to restart the box physically.

    We are experiencing the same issue at multiple locations: all network connections are lost. In several cases, I observed the error occurring directly after the IPS update.

    Still bad. We thought our firewall would not lose network connectivity anymore but its still there. Only Reboot, sometimes 2-3 reboots fixes it.
    Same problem with our customers. Thats pretty enoing!
    Fix that if you want to keep any customers!

    Yes what are you doing with this AI driven  suport . GFI should have a final human support step

    And how do I even contact support now? Its all AI driven support? GFI what are you doing?!

    This update is even worse. When it updates ... I am having to manually reload oh about 65 firewalls ... not happy.
