Overview

While browsing the Internet, the following License warning alert is being displayed:

There is no valid license for the product

When accessing Kerio Control administration, the wizard to activate the license is being shown.

Going through the License activation wizard and entering the license results in the endless page reload. Activation wizard details are being prompted from the beginning. This might be caused by the license's expired software maintenance.

This article provides information on how to resolve such an issue.

Solution

1. Make sure the license and SWM subscriptions are renewed. Contact GFI Sales if you have any questions.
2. Open the Kerio Product Registration page and follow the wizard to download the license file:
   1. Enter your license key and capture code.
      
   2. Verify the current license settings.
      
   3. Verify or update the license owner and reseller information details.
      Agree with Privacy policy terms.
      
   4. Enter the hardware serial number (located at the bottom of the device).
      Optionally, answer the registration questions.
      
   5. Verify the entered settings.
      
   6. Download the license file to your PC.
      
3. In Kerio Control Activation Wizard, click register offline by the license file and select the license.key file downloaded from the previous step.
