Overview
While reviewing Kerio Control Dashboard, you've noticed there is a 1-month difference between Product License and Software Maintenance (SWM) expiration dates.
This article provides explanations for the current Expiration policy for Kerio Control.
Information
The Product License expiry date means the time when the server will stop working. For more information, please refer to License Expiration in Kerio Control.
On the other hand, the Software Maintenance expiration date means that if you don't renew, you won't be able to install any updates that have been released after this date.
Kerio currently allows 30 days grace period after the software maintenance expires before the functionality is completely suspended. Please note that the grace period is not a permanent allowance and the expiry date policy might change later in the future.
