In Kerio Control Webadmin Bandwidth management and QoS UI, create 4 separate rules with the following content:

1. General VoIP
   • Traffic: QoS DSCP 46
   • Download: No limit
   • Upload: No limit
   • Interface: All
2. RingCentral VoIP
   • Traffic:
     • 199.255.120.0/22
     • 199.68.212.0/22
   • Download: No limit
   • Upload: No limit
   • Interface: All
3. Zoom VoIP
   • Traffic
     • *.zoom.us
     • 192.204.12.0/22
     • 162.12.232.0/22
   • Download: No limit
   • Upload: No limit
   • Interface: All
4. Skype VoIP
   • Traffic:
     • Skype (Application)
     • Skype Auth (Application)
     • <IP addresses and hostnames listed in Skype for Business and MS teams reference>.
