While trying to perform a Product Registration or license renewal/upgrade on the hardware box (NG100, NG300, NG500) using the
license.key file or license number, the Kerio Control system refuses to accept the license. The error generated is Unable to continue. The security code or the license number is not entered correctly.
When using the offline registration wizard, the
Sending registration data... screen may generate Cannot load new license file error.
You may encounter such problems if the information in the license file is incorrect. To resolve this issue you can manually download the license file and register it offline by following the solution steps in the License Warning: there is no valid license for the product article.
Note: if you face any issues while obtaining the file, please contact the Sales team or Orders team directly and provide the below information in the email to receive an updated file:
- License key
- Hardware box Serial number
- Customer ID
- Full Name
- Email address registered in the license details
Once you obtain an updated license file from the Sales or the Orders team, make sure to register it offline in the Registration wizard:
