While trying to perform a Product Registration on the hardware box (NG100, NG300, NG500) using the license.key or license number, the Kerio Control system refuses to accept the license. The error generated is Unable to continue. The security code or the license number is not entered correctly.
When using offline register wizard, the Sending registration data screen may generate Cannot load new license file error.
The license key has unnecessary settings that need to be removed from the Kerio Sales system. The updated license key should be imported either by inputting the license key and security code or by uploading the license.key file.
- Contact the Sales team or Orders team directly to update the license.
- Provide this information in the email:
- License key
- Hardware box Serial number
- Customer ID
- Full Name
- Email address registered in the license details
The updated license key received from the Sales or the Orders team is successfully imported into the Hardware box.
