Overview
Kerio Control is configured by default to log out authenticated users automatically after 120 minutes of inactivity. You can disable or adjust the timeout. This article details the steps required to configure the user logout option in Kerio Control.
Process

In Kerio Control's administration interface, click on the Configuration icon.

Click Domains and User Login.

Under the Authentication Options tab, in the Automatic logout section, select Automatically logout users if they are inactive.

In the Timeout field, specify your preferred timeout interval.

Click Apply.
Note: To override the timeout and force the user to log out manually, you can use the Active Hosts.
The timeout interval defined by the Automatic Logout option does not affect the VPN clients. To manually disconnect VPN clients, please follow the process below:
- Go to Kerio Control Webadmin.
- Click on the Status icon.
- Select VPN Clients.
- Right-click on the connection.
- Select Disconnect.
