In General, when VPN Connections are established, a user can access only the internal network. Once the VPN is established, the user system will be allotted the private IP address assigned to VPN Interface.
Some websites whitelist only authorized IP's to connect and view the content. In this context, when a user connects to the company VPN, the users are not able to browse these websites as the Public IP of their home network is not whitelisted.
