Root Cause
This can be caused by any of the below reasons:
- The devices do not support 5 GHz.
- The devices do not support WPA2 authentication.
Process
Changing the WiFi-Band
- In the Administration interface, go to Interfaces and WiFi.
- Click the WiFi button.
- In the Band drop-down list, switch to another band.
Changing the Authentication to WPA
- In the Administration interface, go to Interfaces and WiFi.
- Click on the WiFi button.
- Open WiFi Settings.
- In the Security drop-down menu, select WPA Enterprise.
